A fire in a workplace can be devastating, leading not only to the destruction of company premises but also to the loss of jobs, business revenue and even lives. Businesses are required by law to provide fire safety training. The law applies to you if you are responsible for business premises, an employer or self-employed with business premises, a charity or voluntary organisation or a contractor with a degree of control over any premises.
Do you know what the fire triangle is? What the principles of fire safety are? Who is in charge if a fire breaks out? If you run a business and you don't know the answers to these questions, you could be breaking the law. If you can't answer these questions, this course is for you.

At the end of the course you will be given a test of 20 multiple choice questions. The required pass rate is 85%.
You will be able to download and print (if required) a digital certificate on completion of the course.
Main course certificates last 3 years. (Refresher courses are available and recommended every 12 months).
All our courses have been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
Main Course: Approximately 40 minutes (excluding time taken for the final exams).
